Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery progress through our courier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
International Orders & Customs
Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays during customs clearance. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot control customs processing times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Reforman is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for delays caused by incomplete address information.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days at [your contact email]
We will work with our courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we process it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@reformanlife.com
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
