Shipping Policy

At Reforman, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Timeframes Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: Standard — 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions or public holidays).

Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: £4.65 flat rate

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery progress through our courier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or building management, verify the delivery address on your order confirmation, and contact us within 7 days at orders@reformanlife.com. We will work with our courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order is placed, we process it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@reformanlife.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
